We are an athletic-based Pilates studio, focusing on the mind-body connection as well as lengthening, stretching, and strengthening your body. Both in studio and on demand classes focus on creating low impact movement within your body to leave you feeling your best, both mentally and physically!
As a result of struggling with my mental health that affected my physical health and vice versa, I finally found the key to successful workouts and the best movement for my body. I started taking low impact workouts in 2020 and found myself looking forward to them, completely changing the narrative on exercising. Now I want to share this with you, so I created The Core Collective.
Whether you are in the studio or taking a class on demand, I will guide you through a challenging, strengthening, and empowering workout that will set the tone for your day… and every day after that. My main focus for my classes is consistency, I want you to show up for yourself everyday. Then just keep going. I also focus on effective, mind-body challenging movements that are inspired from Pilates, Yoga, and Barre that will leave you feeling grounded and falling in love with yourself after every session.
